PT Varta MicroBattery Indonesia - We are a German Multinational Company in Battery Assembly. Currently we are looking for experienced & qualified personnel for the following positions:

QC - MANAGER

Requirements:

- Male, 35 – 45 years old
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferably from reputable university)
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position, preferably in Battery Manufacturing environment
- Familiar with the ISO9001/14001 & TS16949 Quality and Environmental Management Systems
- Manage the daily QC activities with the use of statistical control techniques.
- To handle customer audit and failure analysis
- Good Leadership for QC team members in 2 locations of the Batam plant
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Reporting to Senior Quality Manager in Singapore.

QC - ENGINEER.

Requirements:

- Male, 28 – 35 years old
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering (Preferably from reputable university)
- Familiar with quality system, analysis and statistics
- Hands on with calibration instruments, parameter OCV, CCV, IMP
- Min. 6 years experience in similar position preferably in Battery Manufacturing environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to work under pressure.

ENGINEER - MAINTENANCE.

Requirements:

- Male 30 – 35 years old
- Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- 5 years experience in similar function in manufacturing environment
- Responsible for overall Plant cleanliness
- Hands on in service, repair, maintenance, overhaul of plant equipment and facilities
- Keep and maintain proper type and stock level of spare parts
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft & Maintenance software
- Familiar with ISO9001/14001/TS16949
- Preferably with hands on experience in automation, resistance & laser welding equipment
- Good command of spoken and written English
